Project 365 - Twilight Zone

Each year on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, we have a tradition of watching Twilight Zone on the SciFi channel. This is the host, Rod Sterling. Today I just HAVE to post extra pictures from my favorite episode ....

This is William Shatner (dreamy!) in the episode called "Nightmare at 20000 Feet." Don't you just love this facial expression? He is one of my favorite actors of all time.

Here's another great shot ....

Here you can see the gremlin on the wing of the plane. *shivers*

Apple Pie Towel

I made this hanging towel for my husband for Christmas. He LOVES apple pie. We are going to use it as a decoration in our kitchen. :)

Project 365 - Dishcloth

My current craft obsession is knitting, and I looooove knitting dishcloths. This one is partially done. I just love how this pattern is breaking up the variegated yarn. I should have it finished soon. I usually have several dishcloths going at the same time and work on whichever strikes my fancy. I even keep one going in the car in case I have a doctor's appointment, etc.

Project 365 - Janie

Janie (a.k.a Princess, Demon Dog, or Janie Lanie) looks so adorable when she is sleeping. She looks so innocent ... but trust me, she is not! ;)

Project 365 - PJ

I have a blue stuffed bunny (named John John) that my grandmother made for me when I was little. I found the same fabric to make myself a pink one (her name is Pink John or PJ), and she will be John John's wife soon. :)

Project 365 - Three Crosses

These three crosses hang about our television in the living room. I love to light the candles while we relax.

Project 365 - Greyhounds

Bandit and Janie seem to sleep in the same (or very similar) positions a lot, even when they are in different rooms. ;)

Project 365 - Day 1 - Nativity

MERRY CHRISTMAS!
I have decided to take part in the Project 365. It involves taking pictures of various things for 365 days. You can start anytime. I have decided to run mine from Christmas to Christmas. This picture is of a nativity scene my mom made when I was young (in the '70s). Isn't it cute?

December 2008 KAL

Yahoo! I finished the last 2 of the 24 Dishcloth Challenge! I am very proud of myself for sticking with it and finishing all of them. I almost gave up in the fall. ;)

Click here if you would like to see them all in one place.

December 1 - Grandma's Favorite Snowman
(There were problems with this pattern, so it turned out looking like his is melting. But hey, he still washes the dishes!)
