Project 365 - John John's Half Birthday
Since John John's birthday is on Christmas Day, for the last several years we have celebrated it on his "half birthday" on June 25. This year we got him cupcakes. ;)

I started this pair of socks about a week before SOS started. The pattern is Love Struck Hearts. I am knitting this pair with square needles!

Project 365 - Summer of Socks - June 21
Yay! Today is the first day of summer of socks. I started a pair of socks for our oldest daughter. The pattern is Bremen Muster, and the yarn is Garnstudio FABEL.I went to Barnes & Nobel and had lunch and then found a comfy chair to sit in and knit. What a great day!
Summer of Socks Starts Today!
Today kicks of Summer of Socks 2009. I have been waiting eagerly for today to arrive!
I have three pairs of socks on the needles already, and my goal is to finish a sock a week between now and September 1.
Today, to celebrate the official start of SOS2009, I will cast on a pair of socks for my older daughter.
